We came on the scene in 2005 starting as a family-run business, opening our first cafe in Aqualink, Nunawading.
The commitment to living a healthier lifestyle was always our main focus.
So, armed with a library of family recipes and a strong passion for cooking, the idea quickly evolved to make ‘health’ the centre of our business. Fostering the decision to name our brand Healthlink.
Over the years, our cafes and catering side-business evolved exponentially.
By holding on to our passions and embracing the love of our community, we grew to be more than just a cafe with occasional catering.
We brought our much-loved family recipes into our first commercial kitchen in Burwood, Melbourne. Setting up our official Healthlink Head Office and kitchen was a dream come true. We’re proud to be cooking up everyone’s favourite cafe bites, fresh, creating exquisite catered meals and channelling our passions to develop mouth-watering creations.
Although we had to bid farewell to our first cafe, we opened the doors to 6 more successful locations across some of Melbourne’s major recreational centres.
Alongside our cafes, The Healthlink Crew’s catering clientele grew quickly, opening our kitchen doors to many more opportunities to spread our Crew love. Bianca took on the catering load at full capacity, managing orders and working closely with clients and the catering department to ensure each event exceeded expectations.
Today, Bianca continues to lead our catering department with her unwavering commitment to quality and creativity.
While still involved in day-to-day operations, Bianca and Michael focus on menu development and enhancing the customer experience.
Today, we proudly operate more than six cafés across Melbourne with another exciting location opening in July 2025 at Sportlink, Vermont South.
